Cars

Talking about dream cars, as a girl, I only look into sleek design, attractive colors and elegance? What do I know about engines? Naught. I shall learn :) HAVE TO!

So here I am day by day imagining myself cruising with different cars in different dreams :P My short term plan is to use a small,fuel-friendly car during my first job and get a proper, nice car afterwards (IFFFF I've had enough savings from then on) coz all the mouth-watering cars are above 100k =.= Why oh why?

Come on, I just want that tiny Volkswagen Polo and it would cost freaking 113K?! It costs much cheaper in the UK! Government taxes are strangling car buyers before our own eyes. Isk2. We're talking about small cars here, not yet my REAL dream cars like BMW and Audi, I can only dream on at this point. Even when I aged, I doubt that I'll be able to buy one of those but resume to eating my colorful multivitamins.

Good sign

Allah has answered my du'a! Alhamdulillah :) Now I feel terribly guilty for complaining too much and almost gave up.. How silly of me. At least now there's one good sign, I hope more to come! Thank you Allah :)

Here's a good picture as a note: Basically we won't get everything that we asked for, for some really good reasons. Allah knows best..

I want to feel awesome, so FEEL IT

I HATE talking about LOVE coz it hurts. It's sweet when everything is smooth and fine but my lord it's friggin bitter when it goes downhill and not worth it at all. It's even more painful when you got no one to talk to..and I sound like a poor kitty cat who got no one to turn to *patting my own back* :P

When there's no one to make you feel better, you yourself make it better! As someone always says it to me 'it's all in the mind', so we're capable of mastering our feelings and be positive..

I have to admit - the words above are awesome, and I feel slightly better after jotting this entry down.

Today I'm gonna feel AWESOME!

Cake boss and auntie's anniversary

"Cake Boss" is a reality show where Buddy the bakery owner produces extra-ordinary cakes (custom made) upon customers' requests. Cakes delivered out of their door are simply magnificent, due to the number of experts they have so the workmanship is superb! Sorry, many adjectives are used here :P

What I'm trying to say is, Cake Boss is currently MY FAVORITE SHOW of all :) I get all fidgety when the show is on. It definitely takes a good number of years to get hold of the techniques and most importantly, to be an expert on cakes. Alright, so today is my uncle and untie's 20th anniversary..and due to my obsession with Cake Boss, of course what else could come to my mind as a gift to them? CAKE!

Since they love carrot cake, I'm gonna give it a shot coz I've never tried baking carrot cake before. Andddd...since I want to taste it myself, I gotta make another cake! hehe. yup, 2 cakes in the houseeee. Just so mom wont feel bad that I'm making cake for auntie this time and not for her birthday last time, I make it up to her by saying that I made this justtt for her (without mentioning my initial intention) :P hehe.

The making of carrot cake!

The one for mom - that's gonna be mineeee.

For the lovely couple :) May their marriage be continually blessed by Allah swt. I love them both like my own dad and mom <3

Okay, so my cakes may look less appetizing than the cake boss's. You know why? You know why? Because I didn't photoshop the pictures! Like seriously..they'll look much better with editing :P

Tudung

When I got back here, I felt quite lost in tudung arena. The quick change of tudung's trend is incredible, one style after another and I just couldn't cope..and couldn't care less!

To be honest, it's too much for 'modesty' that was taught by Islam. Commenting and critisizing on this issue won't make me look any better, but only to commit unintended sins:p So I wish not to come across anyone with 'extra-ordinary' tudung - or people call it nowadays as scarflets? and hijabistas? coz if I do, I can't promise that my heart won't start commenting on the marvelous style..hehe.

And I'm afraid I'll be one of them, but hopefully not! In my opinion, it's encouraged to dress prettily, presentable, clean and neat, but there's no need to be too extreme and build a huge mountain on your head with trees, flowers, grass growing on it.

Kuat pulak aku memberi comment..isk2..

Some pics I googled: The last pic is one of a kind! but don't think that's a tudung after all.

Frustrated with the WORLD!

Muslims are being trampled in most part of the worlds, the middle east crisis has been going on for almost a year since Egypt, and now we have the on going war in Syria. Why are the other rich Muslim countries remain silent? Political reason behind it would be, we don't wanna spark a war between other gigantic countries and initiate world war 3. I can't accept the fact that we are only witnessing the man slaughter without doing anything, except for donations and prayers. Why not send in some troops to help and protect the Syrians? Is it too extreme? If I were not mistaken, Tun Dr. Mahathir did send troops to help Bosnia during its war.

We are puppets. Watching the man slaughtering in Syria makes me wanna go there and fight, and be with my sisters and brothers at their lowest point. But then again, it remains as just talk talk talk..words..but no action!
