I would not describe my career path as being extremely pleasing but I am quite glad that Allah has plotted my career path this way. This situation totally has a silver lining, work has been quite tough but dang I learn new stuff almost every day. There was a time when I had endless complaints in me especially about people whom I am working with. Some people can be obnoxious, others are perfectly fine..being able to deal with the minority (with attitude problem) the right way, my days at the office can be so much better.
Dealing with people at work is not the ultimate contributor factor to demotivate me from facing my days at the office. The bigger challenge is my lack of knowledge at my own area! I have more experienced subordinates than myself in terms of how the facility works and it can be totally demotivating at times when people expect me to know stuff as if I've worked there for years..
Nevertheless, I'm not giving up, just yet.
On another note, yesterday was mom's birthday so today I made her scones :)
